My name is Tiphaine and I am food photographer and recipe designer based in the Paris region!

My first blog Titi La Toquée was born in 2014 and since then, the passion for pastry has continued to grow. In 2019 I even won the title of "Reine du Gâteau" for the Ile de France region during the program "Les Rois du Gâteau" on M6 with Cyril Lignac and Frédéric Bau. I had the privilege of selling my cakes in more than 800 copies in the pastry shop of the very renowned Frédéric Cassel at Fontainebleau.
It was an amazing experience!

My various experiences and in particular my years spent as assistant director for a Parisian luxury house have enabled me to acquire solid knowledge in the field of gastronomy french and to know its requirements.
